Launching the World’s Largest Four Seasons Resort and its Branded Residences

Talaat Moustafa Group, one of the Middle East’s leading developers, extended its partnership with Four Seasons to create the largest Four Seasons resort in the world, including a limited collection of 69 branded private homes. The challenge was to equip the project with a marketing and sales strategy that could match the scale and prestige of the development, while introducing Four Seasons’ residential offering to one of its most significant markets.

Liaison delivered a comprehensive residential marketing programme for the launch. We defined the campaign direction, budget, and timelines, and developed the core assets needed for traction: a high-impact brochure, detailed floorplans and illustrations, and a digital sales presentation. Content creation was central. Photography, films, and 24 short digital moments were produced in collaboration with global creators, amplifying reach and desirability. Advertising spanned print, digital, social media, and newsletters, while brand partnerships, including with Bentley Motors, extended visibility to new audiences. A dedicated website and mobile sales app ensured buyers and the sales team had seamless access to content, availability, and privileges.

The launch positioned the Four Seasons resort and its residences as a benchmark for branded living in the region. With a full suite of assets, content, and campaigns, the project entered the market with clarity, authority, and global reach by aligning Four Seasons’ legendary service with a residential product designed to set new standards at scale.
