Four Seasons Private Residences The Park Gstaad, under the development guidance of Squircle Capital needed a comprehensive launch campaign to generate leads for its branded residences project in what is arguably the world’s most prestigious ski destination. The challenge was to craft assets that matched the Four Seasons standard, while equipping the sales team with a system of storytelling and collateral strong enough to convince the world’s most discerning and affluent investors.

In Gstaad, the context was clear: the brand equity of Four Seasons carried weight, but the project needed its own identity to stand apart within a crowded landscape of ultra-luxury developments. Buyers in this segment demand more than lifestyle promises; they expect clarity, credibility, and a tangible sense of exclusivity. That meant every touchpoint, from brochure to digital presentation had to reinforce the brand promise while translating it into actionable sales tools.

Liaison developed a complete marketing toolkit for The Park Gstaad. This included a high-impact project brochure, website, buyer’s guide, and typology brochures designed to communicate both process and product with precision. We produced a cinematic film to be deployed online and at events, ensuring the narrative came alive across channels. To capture attention on the ground, we created outdoor assets, from hoarding to flags and car branding, each integrated with QR codes to drive traffic seamlessly to the digital ecosystem. Together with a beautifully produced Assouline style book and slipcase, these tools armed the sales team with a consistent, elevated story calibrated to Four Seasons’ standards.

The Park Gstaad entered the market with a cohesive suite of sales and marketing tools aligned with Four Seasons’ positioning. The brand was able to present a polished, credible, and compelling residential proposition to one of the most demanding buyer markets in Europe with assets that translated global brand power into local traction.
