Seafront Development partnered with Meliá Hotels International to bring the group’s first branded residences to the Indian Ocean, The Residences at Meliá Seychelles. The challenge was to create not only visibility and drive lead generation for a new luxury real estate proposition but also, a complete residential sales toolkit; from branding and digital presence to sales collateral, campaigns, and content. The project needed to resonate with investors, buyers, and partners while aligning with the Meliá brand and delivering on international expectations for branded residences.
Our work revealed a dual challenge: the Seychelles market was saturated with lifestyle-led real estate promises but lacked a clear investment narrative, while the Meliá brand itself was known globally for hospitality but not yet as a residential operator. Success depended on bridging that gap, positioning the project as both a lifestyle purchase and a strong investment play. To do this, the brand voice, digital ecosystem, and sales materials had to elevate the offer beyond “hospitality with homes” to a clear, investable branded residence proposition.
Liaison built the brand and its launch architecture from the ground up. We refined the identity, developed governing brand guidelines, and created an integrated digital presence including teaser and main websites in four languages, CRM integration, SEO, and lead-generating landing pages. We designed the full sales toolkit: buyer’s guide, fact sheets, digital presentations, typology brochures, floorplans, and a digital sales suite complete with interactive 360° virtual tours merging CGIs, maps, and aerial views.
We produced and shot a campaign in Seychelles generating photography and film aligned with our creative direction, which we then tailored to create assets essential to marketing the project across social, digital, print and outdoor channels. The output included newsletters, email marketing flows, paid media ads across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, supported by continuous social media management. Our media campaign was extended in print and digital formats across international markets, leveraging suitable print titles and inflight magazines, in addition to activations in the local market with strategic billboards, signage, hoardings and flags.
